	Qingdao Lingshan Ship Engineering Co.,Ltd.(former as Qingdao Lingshan Shipyard) was set up in 1975,which covers an area of 300,000 square meters, including 50,000 square meters of floor, Our company is engaged mainly in steel shipbuilding and repairing, marine engineering construction and large-scale steel structure procession. The whole assets values 200 million RMB yuan. The main facilities consist of one dock of 10,000 tonnages, four slipways of 3,000 to 8,000 tonnages, one 10,000 tonnages outfitting wharf 200 meters in length. The main equipment consists of fifteen cranes of 16 to 60 tonnage, a steel plate pre-treatment line, H-bar steel process line, numerical-control cutting machines and oil pressure machine, edging and grooving machine. Our company has the abilities to build 10,000 tonnage ships and repair 20,000 tonnage ships both from home and abroad. Besides we also own the abilities to make large-scale steel structure and steel structure with building. We are willing to offer our clients with products of high quality at reasonable price and good services. As one of the main shipyards in shandong district, our ship company has completed ship building facilities and advanced engineering personnel and also high building techniques. More over our yard has been confirmed by ISO9002 system, in 1998 we are allowed to have the qualification to deal with export and import trade on our own by the foreign Economic Relations & Trade Commission. We owns workshop of 11,600 square meters, we have built all kinds of ships including container ships, bulk ships, float crane, vehicle and passenger ferry. Owning to the high quality of the ship we built, we are well received by ship classification societies and the clients. Our company has abilities of repairing all kinds of engineering ships beneath 20,000 tonnage, and no more than 50 meters in width. We own a dock of 10,000 tonnages four slipway ways of 3,000 to 8,000 tonnage, a wharf of 10,000 tonnage 200m in length. Now we can repair more than 100 ships in a year. Our aim is to meet the clients require and to pursue higher quality forever. In 1995, we got the permission from the Ministry of communications as one of the shipyards to repair foreign ships. In the world such as Russia, Singapore, Japan, Korean and Hong Kong. and confirmed by the past few years, we repaired ships from many countries and regions in the following classification societies as "LR","NK","DNV","CCS".
