	Qingshan Shipyard
	Qingshan Shipyard of China Changjiang National Shipping Group, with more than 50years history of shipbuilding, is a large size enterprise confirmed by State and the largest inland shipbuilding base. Qingshan Shipyard, as one of the major shipyard of China is a multi-developed industrial enterprise, mainly focused on the shipbuilding industry. Qingshan Shipyard locates in the middle of Yangzi River in China, occupies an area of 1,000,000m2 with 2,200m long shoreline as well as the convenient communication. It can build simultaneously several vessels with the deadweight from 5,000t to 20,000t. Qingshan Shipyard has 3800 employees and has enormous technical capability, possessing more than 1000 senior, junior engineers and administrative personnel. For many years, it has devoted itself to developing, such as whole set of steel pretreatment line imported from Japan, extensive usage of new technology, new workmanship, computer control cutting, computer lofting, second painting and automatic welding, etc,and practiced actively the advanced administrative modes of Production Management, including product design block prefabrication, area shipbuilding, product design block prefabrication, area shipbuilding shell out fitting, painting unified. All above mentioned made shipyard's shipbuilding capability to a new step. In recent years, Qingshan Shipyard persists in the business policy that "the vessels are main products, meanwhile developing non-marine products in various business manners", and constructed successively like different kinds of ships container vessels, river-coast cargo carriers, high grade luxury cruise ships, chemical tankers, oil tankers, large size float dock, passenger liners, etc, among them, the 818TEU series container vessels exported to Germany, which have been put into operation, created a precedent for inland shipyard building high grade 10,000tons container vessels. It also developed new type ships, e.g. 818TEU MPC vessels, 502TEU MPC vessels, 5,000 chemical tanker, 2,000M3 LPG vessel, 1850dwt stainless steel chemical carrier and son on, it also built submerge able barge, asphalt carrier, cement carrier and enlarged the market.
