	Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipyard Co., Ltd.
	Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd is an integrative enterprise mainly for building vessels as well as for demolition and manufacturing huge metal structures; it is the first joint-stock enterprise for shipbuilding in China and has the authorized import & export operation right. The yard is located at Jjangyin City, Jiangsu Province of China, on the southern bank of the lower reaches of Yangtze River. It contains 1000 meters long deep-water shorelines and covers an area of 322,000m². The yard possesses one 55,000 tons slipway, one 30,000 tons slipway, one 15,000 tons slipway, suitable for building all kinds of ships less than 50,000 DWT. The shipyard has more than 1000 workers and staff, including over 300 engineering technicians. They have built multi-purpose cargo carriers, container vessels, oil tankers, car ferries, passenger vessels, offshore working vessels, dredges, salvage rescue boats, lifting vessels etc. They can demolish the old tonnage less than 150000 tons. The yard has passed the ISO9002 certified by BV in 1999. The quality of their products has been approved by most famous Classification Societies. Today the yard has become one of the main basis for shipbuilding export vessels in Jiangsu Province and ranked among the top 500 enterprises for manufacturing transport and traffic facilities in China.
