	Shandong Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., LTD. was founded in 1944. With 1500 employees and 45 million Yuan RMB register fund, the Corporation is equipped with 900 sets of machinery and equipment. It is situated in Rongshen, Shandong Province, China at the Yellow Sea. It has one 7000DWT mechanized slipway, one 1500DWT mechanized slipway and twenty 400t variable-slop transverse-move horizontal slipways. The yard is able to design and build every kind of vessel under 7000DWT.
