	Dalian New Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (DNS) locats in Dalian, a coastal city opening up to the outside world, situated at the southern tip of Liaoning Province, is the biggest modern shipbuilding enterprise under China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) and an exceptionally large corporation and an export base for shipbuilding granted by the state. The vessels of more than 110,000dwt have been only delivered by Dalian New Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Company limited in China so far. With its strong technical force and advanced production facilities, DNS is capable of building and repairing all ships under 300,000dwt class in compliance with the rules and regulations of all major international classification societies such as CCS, LR, DNV, ABS, BV, GL, NK, etc., and all relevant international conventions and standards. It is specialized, in addition, in the construction and converting of offshore structure and similar marine system as well as manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment for marine and land use, large size steel structures of high buildings and bridges. It is the first shipbuilding enterprise that can design and build vessels up to 300,000dwt in China.
